Full of politics No proper growth No proper pay No clarity on plans Branch manager will be not having any product knowledge just asked us to close the leads with fake information to customers Targeting HR will listen you if u r above branch manager she won't give reply if u less than branch manager No proper channel for complaints

Skill development, learning, and HR team and HR department was good. They always guide employee.

Dislikes

Sales development department, business development department at agency channel was terrible, mainly in kolkata. Honestly very very bad experience. They treated junior employees as their servent. Humiliated every day.

Working at Manipal Cigna Health Insurance there is mutual co-ordination, Co-operation, nice team bonding, and no pressurized working promoted. Also there is a lot of motivation and support given proffessionally and personally by superior personnels/Sr managers/HODs

Managers behaviour is good, specialy my manager was very gentleman

Low salary,there is no goalsheet for promotion,every month you get different target and you never know your next months target, office premises is very short,training room too short,there is no pantry room,leave policy is horrible, Saturday timing is 9.30 to 1.30,but every Saturday you have be in office till 4-5 pm

Overall Company Structure and Management is Very Poor. As a SAHI( Stand alone health insurance Company) they dont have Inhouse claim settlement team. digitally they are so poor. Products features are good but Pricing is so high. As a employee not satisfied with company.

No inhouse claim settlement. Premiums are costly as compared to competitors. Management is 0.
