It's probably a desk job. You do office work more than teaching. I have been here for 2 years now. I feel the college is only putting professors in work which should be done by office, account, receptionist.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Likes

It was a Government job so job was fully secure. Being a teacher had a wonderful experience as work atmosphere was liberal, experimental and motivating. Major challenge was in dealing with humans and getting recognition for your work.
