It's a excellent company when it comes to job security but some what good in case of compensation and management. Work life balance is not all there.

Work life balance. If u are hard worker and u work more than others then u will feel ur work is not being valued because hike and all will balanced among all the employees. Which you will feel bad unfair to you.

Job security a nd work life balance is really good in the company, even during the pandemic time they provide good yearly hike. Flat organization hierarchy ia very helpful and make you feel comfortable.

Compensation and hike is not that good. There are different departments internally, so exposure to technolgies varies department wise. Sometimes they would ask you to work on weekends. Mostly the same repeated work.

Job security is definitely there. People are quite understanding and helpful when we get stuck with complex mods. Manager are from technical backgrounds so estimates given on the work are reliable and enough work hour is provided so we don’t have to rush on any changes. Work life balance is worst and hikes and compensation is not good due to which employee leaves the company within 2 to 3 years. If somebody is doing good work they will overload that person which is not good. Team work is being done by single person.There is no proper training program for freshers.
