The teams are very small. Most division has no more than 2 people in Marketing. Therefore you have to do everything yourself and hence you learn multitasking. You get to handle everything on your own but after a period of time you stop learning as there is no one to teach.

Dislikes

The culture is very bad. There is no professionalism, management and a proper hierarchy. Team heads are not given power to make decisions. All the decisions even small ones lie in the hands of CEO/MD which may or may not be suitable. HR treatment is bad too. Salary Increment is very very slow and far behind the normal trend. Everyone here will blame the juniors for the mistakes they make. You will not get appreciated for hard work. HR manipulates and lie. Your needs are not listened to nor are your complains. No food/canteen facility. They made employees work from office even when whole India was safe indoors. What could be worse ?...Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

Job is quite secured here. One can work here forever if he/she wants. You'll get your salary on 1st of every month without any failure.

Dislikes

Salary is very low here compared to other companies. Promotional items are very less and poor in quality as well. Meetings are very frequently held. Expenses are quite low too and deductions are made in every expense for no reason. Live location reporting is also an issue here.
