NOTHING. I recommend no one to join here. It is the worst company to work in with pathetic insensitive inhuman leadership. This is me and several other peers with 8-10 yrs of experience vouching to save your life.

Extreme pressure, insensitive leadership. Impossible expectations with no understanding. Will keep threatening you for your job hence absolutely no job security.

A lot of learning. Since work here is not structured properly you have to do a lot of work that is not consistent with your profile. But you might be able to learn a lot of things by getting your hands dirty. Also, townhall goodies are good

Dislikes

Very poor salary compared to market standard. Very poor work-life balance. You might be expected to work on weekends, on weekdays even after 10 pm. It can go long till 2-3 am too. Due to not defined work structure a lot of accountability comes on person who is not even supposed to take this. Leadership is questionable as well as demotivating.

Innovation and creativity are things that keep my insert intact. There is no restrictions on exploring and experimenting. We have a research-friendly atmosphere. Plus the benefits are good, especially in terms of health. We have comprehensive health coverage and regular in-office checkups for our welfare

There's a lot of talent here, which is inspiring. We work together to find the best solutions and learn something new each time. Employees are assigned roles and responsibilities according to their talent and skills allowing them to utilize them to the fullest

This is my 1st job and am so happy that I got a chance to work here. My co-workers and seniors have been helpful and trained well. They always encouraged me to share ideas and opinions freely. I found it challenging and overwhelming at first but it helped me come out of my comfort zone and enhance my performance.

Plenty of learning and growing opportunities as the company is constantly Evolving .We have a lot of new products coming up, Plus they value work life balance genuinely. We have flexible working hours and management even organizes offsite activities for employees to unwind and relax

There are no strict work hours here. Its great that we have the flexibility to work but we must complete our deliverables on time, there is no expectations. We have to adhere strictly to our priority work tasks.So, if you are joining this company ensure that you keep to this only condition of on time completion with accuracy in your work
