This is my 1st job and am so happy that I got a chance to work here. My co-workers and seniors have been helpful and trained well. They always encouraged me to share ideas and opinions freely. I found it challenging and overwhelming at first but it helped me come out of my comfort zone and enhance my performance.

There are no strict work hours here. Its great that we have the flexibility to work but we must complete our deliverables on time, there is no expectations. We have to adhere strictly to our priority work tasks.So, if you are joining this company ensure that you keep to this only condition of on time completion with accuracy in your work

Office Ambiance is superb with amazing food varieties in the canteen and a fantastic work environment.Everyone is so friendly and there is great support from the top management. I have literally learned a great deal about business and products and got lots of industry insights which have been very helpful

This is truly the best company I ever worked for. From great training sessions to mentorship, there is a continuous learning environment. Growth here is also very good and you can get a chance to take the lead early on as long as you are willing to work hard.

I like the interactive nature of the job. Dealing with things like project-specific planning, resource allocation, etc. This happens in a rational manner due to the free hand provided by top leadership also, the growth factor constant thing over here

There's a lot of talent here, which is inspiring. We work together to find the best solutions and learn something new each time. Employees are assigned roles and responsibilities according to their talent and skills allowing them to utilize them to the fullest

Currently working as a store manager. Just politics and over pressure. They are trying to make 10 glass lemon juice with 1 lemon, that much pressure will be there from management.

Unorganised retail format. Management is very confused. New joiners neither get proper training nor proper guidance. Colleagues are not helpful. Huge stock issues.

The company culture is excellent. Everyone is friendly and open-minded. The quality of work is also superb .I have been part of many big campaigns and the good things is that I got complete ownership of it.There is never any intervention. Besides, the benefits and perks offered are also up to the mark
