You will work harder but will not get considered or given credit for that. Even if you are given credit for the hard work that you did, it won't reflect in your bank account in terms of increment. Neither would it reflect in your posting unless the company criteria is fulfilled, no matter how hard you work for it. Also, your arrivaltime at work place must be followed strictly but, that doesn't apply for you departure time from your workplace.
