Give Opportunity when I have critical position, and here i have very little scope to learn or explore the things...For fresher's it's good place to learn.. all round exposure gaurented

Working hours, 1.5 hours more than all indian companies, mobile phone was not allowed into workplace, net connection was restricted .If its social network sites qe can understand...But even wikipedia also blocked , if you come out from your place for washroom also consider as a break and u need to compensate that time...For months 1hr of lags acceptable..More than 60 mints leads to loss of pay. They won't pay you what your previous organisation paying...They will bargain 1 lack less than your current CTC. In house equipment also not sofecticated..
