While it began well for me, over the 2.5 years, the work culture has been hampered. Work life balance is still better than many other companies.

Dislikes

Work culture is getting worse currently. No growth prospect. People are stuck in the same position for many years. Not a good pay master.

Nothing now, no job security. No good work, threatening employee that they will terminate their role which they get hired for.

Dislikes

They had good culture but now a days they are putting restrictions on everything like wfh, no entry in cafeteria so on. Group ceo and chairman should see what is happening. I joined here because of good feedback of CEO and chairman sir and for people policy they had. If they keep doing this, they will be the next Paytm in the market

Being my first job, I had the worst experience ever. No growth only slavery, misbehavior, attitude, politics, being rude here is cool. Pathetic culture. Only if you're in your manager's good books you'll survive unless if they'll make your life he'll. Also no increment policy. Coz you're not your manager's favorite

1. Strict WFO without exception. It is either a leave or WFO 2. Rampant top down politics that fosters toxicity. 3. Company run with peculiar sales attitude. 4. No product learning as leadership is mostly full of sales people. 5. No benefits, even money for basic perks like family insurance is extracted from employees. 6. Major costcutting in every thing. 7. Regressive HR policies like shutting down Cafeterias between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM every day in the name of boosting productivity. 8. 1. No KTs will be given to you in the start and they expect you to learn by yourself. You will understand the story of MMT in first day itself 2. In the end you have to give KT everything in detail, hypocrisy 3. Don't join here if you are a south Indian. Managers here do gunda giri, they dont know how to talk professionally (bih**i managers). Salary for few people who have below market standard salary

Everything:- 1. Accepting MMT offer letter is equal to divorcing your family and life as they will treat you like their slave/disposable property 2. Work life balance is negative. They will ask you to carry laptop in your trips or vacations. If there is a prod issue during your leave, they will call you to fix it. If you can't or not carrying your laptop you will be abused. There is no concept of weekend or holidays. 3. Abusive, toxic work culture. Senior people abusing others to get extremely overloaded work done by individuals are promoted every year with good hikes. People complaining about abuses are targeted for more abuse and zero hike but they are not laid off as they cannot afford laying off due to their high attrition. 4. False promises by HR. While joining you will be lured with Open Leave Policy which is a myth. taking 18 leaves in a year will not carry forward any number of leaves to next year, once 24 leaves is attained your manager will warn you. Taking 30 leaves will ensure zero hike for you. 5. Rigid work from office culture. If you need to take 1 day wfh, your manager or senior will bug you with weird issues every 30mins which will never come up when you are in office. 6. They work on hire and fire system within 4-5 months from the joining you will be kicked out of the company. Politics on high level from top to bottom to even HR. I had such a horror experience. Just play with your piece of mind.

There is very less personal time for us and we are expected to recieve calls even on personal times, weekends, national holidays, week offs etc and questioned if not recieved on a weekend or a holiday. There is a sense of insecurity for jobs as for every delayed or pending task we are being told if we wish to still stay in the organization. I have worked in core sales jobs but over here there is unnecessary amount of pressure with no actual reward for it. The work environment feels toxic for someone who is still new to the organization.
