Worst company of my career! Worst part about the company is their HR, if you visit them with any complaints against your manager, they will make sure to make your life hell. First they will put you on notice period saying your performance is below par, then when they could figure out you’re not able to find another job they’ll pushyou take an early release and they won’t charge you a penny in the name of recovery period, and in case you go to them for early release they’ll make sure you pay for the recovery days even when the manager is aligned for early release. Such hypocrites work here, especially in the hotel supply division! Even the manager will expect you to work for atleast 12 hours a day, they will shout at you for little mistakes in front of everyone to humiliate you and HR will still support your manager! 1. No work life balance. 2. Long working hour culture in from office. 3. Strict 5 days work from office. 4. No flexibility in doing day to day work, you have to be always align with your manager for basic things. 5. No job security even if you are a good/average performer. 6. Micro-management in basic day to day tasks from Manager to Director positions. 7. Limited car parking in the building, you have park in different privately owned parking which are free but way away from office building. 8. Knite Ryder drink parties after office hours for office politics and all important decisions making for the team. If you are in the closed drink buddy group irrespective of the position from SDE/SDET to Manager/Director/VP. You are safe. 9. Smoking group same as drink party from SDE/SDET to Manager/Director/VP then you can take multiple brakes in office hours [3 hours work + 2 hours meetings + 1 hour lunch + 2 hours smoking (30 mins each)] 10. No job security for SDET/QA, silent firing is on going. Managers and Directors asks good/average employees to forcefully resign form the organisation in the name of performance. 11. While it began well for me, over the 2.5 years, the work culture has been hampered. Work life balance is still better than many other companies.

Work culture is getting worse currently. No growth prospect. People are stuck in the same position for many years. Not a good pay master.

The training program of the head quarters is excellent and the mentors of the head quarters are too good.

The franchise owner near opp to Inorbit mall Mumbai whose owners name is Ms.Shruti Khanna is the worst to work with .She hires when she needs and then when her purpose is solved during high season she starts torturing and humiliating so that the employee itself leaves the company.She has been doing this for years and even doesn't pay for the incentives nor does she pays the salary if the employee has to leave because of some geniune reason.Her right hand Afroz too manipulates the employees who work there and is a bad fit for any company as he doesn't speak well of the owner and misguides the new employees .So the minute any person joins in this franchise is filled with all negativity and is often scared of his/her job....Read More

They work on hire and fire system within 4-5 months from the joining you will be kicked out of the company. Politics on high level from top to bottom to even HR. I had such a horror experience. Just play with your piece of mind.

There is very less personal time for us and we are expected to recieve calls even on personal times, weekends, national holidays, week offs etc and questioned if not recieved on a weekend or a holiday. There is a sense of insecurity for jobs as for every delayed or pending task we are being told if we wish to still stay in the organization. I have worked in core sales jobs but over here there is unnecessary amount of pressure with no actual reward for it. The work environment feels toxic for someone who is still new to the organization.
