No job security, no proper management worst management, what exactly management want don't know. In offer letter they said Saturday Sunday off but they keep working on Saturday i.e. misguides.

The company is terrible in all aspects. It's really hard to find any pros.

Dislikes

I dislike everything about the company. It was a SAD experience!! I hate to say this but the director of the company (Gopi) is the most annoying thing in the company. He doesn't behave like a director, he is disrespectful towards his employees, he lacks basic skill of communication, his english is worse than a 5th grade student. I hope he (Gopi) sees this post and tries to improve upon himself.

To be brutally honest, there is no ACTUAL work in Maiwand. I believe the company would go down sooner rather than later.
