My experience is fantastic as I take chalanges and complete with in tat, as per my work company promote to time to time. Soft Skill and product training held by senior manager on time to time to grow yourself. Experience is amazing.

Dislikes

Career growth is good but salary not growth as per responsibility. If you join at low CTC your hike will be remain same as other even you promote in designation.

Once you get into company only male employees will enjoy working as they can freely roam wherever they want in the name of field work and female employees are expected to work 24*7 either from office and also on phone after office hours

Dislikes

There is no work life balance totally dependent on dealer for every small decision. Always gender biased they never promote female employees.
