well, it is good environment to work with team and colleagues, a good plateform for growth and opportunity, a family type of work culture, and last but, not the least.... Mahindra is really a plateform to rise...in life... .

Dislikes

the biggest and the only dislike that i would like to quote is Mahindra still lags in quick action towards customer satisfaction and complaints. it needs to prevent its grievances in this area in compared to its competitors in market.

Work Details

it was hectic as well as exciting. Working in Mahindra Automobile means learning new things daily, and having a practical experience of how to handle stress, target pressure , customer complaints etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
