I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Well I learn so much From this Hospital. I did my work with full dedication after 3 month they keep as a ot assistant . Know I handle ot work or ward work as well and so much more like labour room ,ICU ,handling emergencies.

Payment is not good I work in this Hospital more then 2 years but my income is only 7000 .
