I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Work Details

Rubbish experience I got there. There was no respect for worthiness, loyalty and honesty. That place is overall not suitable for Youth.
