I have joined magic bricks and work as relationship manager in Home Loan but the management team is third class,they did not listen any thing after apology and do not secure the job,the director name is NIMESH BHANDARI political person so I recommend for not joined job there

Dislikes

Company is good but manager are not appreciates the work talking about age of employees that's not a good thing. Age is not in are hand every humans will be a older one day. So think before say to anything to anyone.

There is unrealistic work pressure ..Being in to sales you have to undertake operations work a bit like mailing with several issues ..issues doesn't get solved quick ..hence it is business centric organization and not employee centric organization and no additional perks as a sales person
