About job security you can say that company also tolerate those employees who not meet there target. Work culture is also average but in covid situation they only need revenue and distance is not important. About management they even don't know Management - M, only your discussion points is only with your management never show interest and even they don't know how to appreciate person, For company policies i work last two years still not able to understand. But in last i can say that you can survive in this company if you satisfied with minimum salary like between 13 to 16 k only.

Colleagues and the MagicBricks Manager is honest helping, experience and peace minded. Company policies are well maintained and suitable for all providing good salary hike and bonus every year.

For me everything is good like work culture I'm really happy with it. But some loope holes like lack of management which i see and face. Otherwise employees satisfaction is good not any hard rules, fluctuate culture i like it. In dislike first of all i have to think because dislikes is not that much but some are like:- 1. Lack of management 2. Salary criteria is too low 3. Incentive criteria is also too low 4. No more because I'm happy overall with this company. 5. Working day's monday to Saturday need 2 off.
