Entire environment is very good until management have any personal problems with you. Because some of the TL’s are damn biased.. because a child always learn the things from the guardian. And if the guardian is corrupt then what can we expect from the children.

Job security - Excellent

If you are a good performer and top performer then you will be apprised but next day onwards you will be forced to do more either by hook or by crook..!! And the management allows this which is absolutely unethical. And if you are in relation with one of the management’s member then doesn’t matter if you are a bottom performer you will get all the facilities.

It is a pathetic company. They make u stregth after working hours, head of noida location used to threat to fire employees. We had u to attained office it does not matter that how much sick we r.

Threatening every hour. They make us work continously 8 to 9 hours only single half hour meal break. They make u work over time forcefully.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
