Dislikes

This company has no sympathy for its employees. No matter how good you perform, you never get noticed. Using the name of Times group company, they try to exploit the employees. The management tries to hide the benefits & perks of an employee, like forcing them to work 6 days a week despite their pay-roll is of 5-day work. No increment and incentives (especially for off-roles). Discrimination between on-role & off-role employees. Patronising work culture. Underpaid employment.
