Company is a very good company Company does not have good infrastructure company with 1 employee Culture Company does not have proper Work Force Even md of the company they dnt have proper technical knowledge to run the company he worked in different verticals like Mills and teleservices etc asking employee about technical skills what is thisEven your company senior employee have only wordpress and codeigniter knowlege onlyToday industry expecting more but you doing project with older technologies but you people dnt know about full stack development but expecting the candidate have good full stack skillsWhat you are expecting what you are recruitingThere is no relevant match with what you have posted in online portal First one thing keep in your mind If candidate have good experience he will put everything in resume as professional manner as what the industry expecting If the candidate with improper experience what he will do what he put in resume first you people keep in your mind 1 employee company with timid behaviour Please avoid it If suppose if you earn more what you will do in employees life such a unpredictable imagination Not worth to run the company It's none of your business about asking employees personal detail and family background If you expect employee to work in your company or parent to work Asking parents detail like school, college make more disappointment What is the intension to start the company is the main motto for every startup instead of that asking unnecessary question is waste of time Do that first Asking about certification If the candidate do certification till death means when will you give job Resume is just to showcase the particulars and experience what he gain Instead of that asking unnecessary details make them irritating is waste of time If you really dnt have job means tell them we dnt opening he may move from the company Instead of that unwanted question is useless Think that first you are not like apple or Microsoft or Zoho but They itself know how to behave with employees and interview candidate As well they treat good My advice If anybody want to do business means do in your core verticals Dnt spoils other life Anyhow IT business is a fast growing business but you should know some basic knowledge to run the company right All engineering graduate know how to make proper resume If the candidate have improper experience what he will do is the major drawback here Recruiting a candidate with good technology but giving low salary is the major drawback and disappointment all IT company doing recently We are spending 40 to 50 k for every engineering semester but giving low salary is major disadvantage nowadays Doing engineering degree is like learn more and earn more Not like what you are thinking we are giving 2500 salary 5000 for romm rent and remaing for other activities This is not a government job government job=job of survival Engineering job =job of skills and knowledge How ever your skills proofs good we earn more Dnt be chilly With 1 employee company culture All IT company prefer 1 page resume for fresher candidate You expecting more than that Try to change it I dnt know with this 1 employees company culture you have done project with 1k client so far ah you show cased in your website dnt cheat others by false news First give job then talk about resume Working is better than instead of doing certification Even 12 th guy do word press Mag edu solution is IT company or institute I dnt know May be it will be a institute i think so that's why they have 1 employee company culture...Read More
