...e candidate have improper experience what he will do is the major drawback here Recruiting a candidate with good technology but giving low salary is the major drawback and disappointment all IT company doing recently We are spending 40 to 50 k for every engineering semester but giving low salary is major disadvantage nowadays Doing engineering degree is like learn more and earn more Not like what you are thinking we are giving 2500 salary 5000 for romm rent and remaing for other activities This is not a government job government job=job of survival Engineering job =job of skills and knowledge How ever your skills proofs good we earn more Dnt be chilly With 1 employee company culture All IT company prefer 1 page resume for fresher candidate You expecting more than that Try to change it I dnt know with this 1 employees company culture you have done project with 1k client so far ah you show cased in your website dnt cheat others by false news First give job then talk about resume Working is better than instead of doing certification Even 12 th guy do word press Mag edu solution is IT company or institute I dnt know May be it will be a institute i think so that's why they have 1 employee company culture
