Good work environment, independently working as per job profile with transparency and supporting to staff for the growth of the company. The policies of the company are good and in the benefit of the employees. The salaries and other perks are good along with best increment in Maadhyam.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics at senior level and which is not good for the staff as well as for bright future of the company in future, whereas salary is good.

The job is quite satisfactory.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

The Salary you will get on time. the average salary date is 4-5

The Management is not good actually it below average. Appraisal is not giving as per the performance it is only about the favouritism.
