Yes, I like working in Madhur pharma. I love tha fact that I am a part of a team, high quality products.

Dislikes

No job security and growth is slow. I have to work 11-14 hours in a day. As I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an unique strengths. Also there are no on-job training for freshers
