Quality work, Cafeteria, cab facility (discretionary to functions and entities), IT & office infrastructure.

Dislikes

Senior Management, HRs are the worst part of the picture, HRs desperately flirt with the highly paid employees. Learning Management System is available BUT with no courses; except the statutory ones just for compliance's sake. The organization is NOT at all bothered to invest in employees up/cross-skilling. The most political organization believe in extracting the work from the employees and kick them out for stupid reasons. Everyone is busy beating the drums of the organization's unbroken profitability. Tenured employees sitting at the top do not want the new ideas to flow, rather just nod the head to their own OLD Fashioned ideas. Salary Structure is also organization friendly and NOT Employee friendly to save their fringe benefit liability; which makes you end up paying more taxes. Illogical Sudden Layoffs. Paid Car Parking which you have to be in queue. Bike Parking you have to book a day advance , sometimes you get sometimes not. Appraisal is not good. Bonus is too little. Appraisal Plus Bonus does not make difference. Appraisal Amt gets credited very late around in 4-5 months. Lifts take hell lot of time. Leadership keep on revolving whether it is good or bad. Good Leadership should stay but after period of time they also move in some other group. Which makes group unstable....Read More

Current management is biased and has no vision. They are focused on promoting their family and friends. People managers are burden on organisation and have ZERO engineering skills. A restructuring is required at top level so Macquarie is back again to best in Gurgaon.
