Current management is biased and has no vision. They are focused on promoting their family and friends. People managers are burden on organisation and have ZERO engineering skills. A restructuring is required at top level so Macquarie is back again to best in Gurgaon.

Pathetic interview experience at Macquarie with 0 professionalism be the HR or the interviewer They had sent incorrect JD and the interviewer were on some other role, absolutely no coordination. It stands out from all the reviews mentioned already online reflecting its poor work culture ! Just assured this with their poor professionalism shown!!

The quality of work at this company is below standard and Job security is not guaranteed regardless of tenure or position I.e HOD. The managers are well connected individuals resulting in negative political environment and mgrs are outdated individuals which can't get job in outside world.
