For me there is nothing to like there, yes they have very good plans and regulations for employees but in paper so nothing to mention here. yes there are many friends in macleods in domestic market and they acclaim really like anything the macleods so i feel that it would be good organisation and that was the reason to join the same.

HR function for international employee is not at all in place in macleods, henceforth the life is pathetic for employees, i have found the worst culture and life in macleods international department as they have not provided any facility in an unknown location and kept on threatening to rest there, this was one of the worst experience i have ever came across, as i was very hopeful with the company like macleods as they are renowned pharmaceutical in domestic market but really it was very painful to work with them and fortunately somehow i came out of them horrible people specially the GM and VP who look west Africa market. this is a torture to work there in macleods in international market...Read More
