Company is very much friendly with there field staff specially PSO. very helpful and healthy environment for medical representative.

Dislikes

Worst culture for ASM in this company. They make all kind of pressure on asm only. Work with GPS is one of the worst thing. Because it is only for mnagers. Manager is responsible for all bad things while all good achivements credit gose to medical representative.

They have political culture, They believe if we focus on ASM, everything will be taking place but truth is until Representative integration problem is not solved, manager cannot do anything. RSM Overload ASM with Representative formats, giving impractical time to complete, everything they need immediately, They tell you to put linenover eyes and detail and send video whenever asked during field as if we are thieves. RSM Supporting wrong things and wrong people not involving Manager and still management becomes deaf and blind. If Rep does not collect any data from doctor, they put ASM on stop working. Including sales manager, they indirectly want rep work to be done by manager. Rep puts false reporting and then also they shouts and butchers bad words to ASM only, according to them manager is responsible if MR is sleeping at his home. They try to retain representative who is exporting stock and doing some side works, but not manager who is giving his heart and soul for sales. When informed about export of stock no body supported instead they blamed ASM. People are here very egoistic, if done any mistake in following JI SIR & Butter polish, they will try to kick you out. This company is biased, representative do not have GPS, Managers and so on has GPS. I had no problem with GPS, I worked for more than 2 years but just sharing mindset of organisation. I would prefer to do MAZDURI but not joining this organisation again. I have seen couple of examples across macleods where they demote Area manager in order to raise their retention ratio, they try to demotivate you at best possible way. This company spoils career of people, atlast they make you feel that you are useless and continue surviving their higher posts. Confidence is most important parameter in a human, these people brakes it. There are many companies they pressurise for sales, they may even tell you to leave but they never talk personally on you in order to demotivate you....Read More
