Working freedom is the most flexible part of working at Mars Software Int Ltd. When we get a project, we first make a plan and divide the work into different parts and assign developers as per their expertise. They are free to do they are performing according to their scheduled time.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Mars Software International Ltd. is not a big organization. This company cannot get big projects where we can develop our skill in a large one, other hand benefits are not well enough for the developers.

Work Details

I start my work in this company as a software developer and system analyst, after a few months I was promoted as a senior web application developer. After that, for my working performance, I promoted as a Senior System analyst and lead a team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
