Pre sales manager in the company does not have knowledge in real estate ,He will takes multiple tea breaks waste time talking with other department employees does not have much work except giving reports & sending msgs in group He will talk bad about his team to other department employees , They even don't pay Incentives

1. There is so much politics. 2. If you are working very hard you will never get a recognise and never get a hike. But if you are very good in politics you will get a hike. 3. Sales people they treat like a shit. 4. HR Manager is the only person who is very negative and she only plays all the politics. 5. Other companies HR works on Negative Part and Try to create a positive environment. Here HR only enjoy when something bad is going on. 6. There is no hike for a People who is very hardworking and if you go to ask for hike she will say. I will try my best but sir will not give I know. And she will never talk to sir.
