Peaceful working environment, best colleagues, good place for freshers

Dislikes

Worst management, Not enough man power, No proper timelines, No proper planning, Somedays worked for more than 16 to 18 hours, fell sick for several times due to no sleep and food on time.

Work Details

Single handedly worked on Motion Graphic videos for 5 clients as I was the only Motion Designer cum video editor. Due to less human resource I was also helping out in graphic designing as well.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
