It appears that senior designations are held by individuals closely associated with the RBH family or other known persons, and the operations head and city head seem to prioritize hiring those within their personal networks. This raises concerns about nepotism and favoritism. Furthermore, female employees face unfair treatment and harassment, with promotions potentially being granted based on personal relationships rather than merit. This creates a toxic work environment and undermines the value of hard work and dedication. Additionally, there appears to be a lack of support for employees who are not part of the favored group, with expectations to complete work even when hospitalized. This is unacceptable and highlights the need for a more inclusive and respectful workplace culture. Emerging company. Good place for a fresher to gain experience.

Dislikes

Highly demotivational environment. They daily have 3 to 4 meetings. You will get very less time to perform on ground and get the results. Also they have multiple Boss environment where you will have to report to multiple people at same time.

The company says that we do not do partiality but there is full partiality in it. The manager supports only 2-3 big people and mentally frustrates everyone else..and there is no security of the job..it can be the last day anytime. The work culture is very nice but a disclaimer here- it depends on your manager. HR policy in general are not very employee friendly. You have a lot of say in the company, founders are also reachable for quality discussions.

Chaotic as almost all startups are. No concrete product roadmap is followed. Things are done on the basis of some wild assumptions made at high level.

Force employees to come to office 5 days in a week. Dont consider any exception when it comes to work from home. Infrastructure is ok ok. No facilities to commute. They can fire employee if required. HRs are mean. They will find a way out for zero hike.
