The sales team misrepresents their technical capabilities to secure projects from clients. Consequently, developers are often overloaded with work on 2-3 projects, leading to extreme pressure. Zero cultural and ethical values. Everyone is just blaming each other. Don't know how to work in a team. Same work can be achieved with 70 percent workforce with a good culture and values

What I like about Lumiq is that the company focuses on new age tools, and we get to work on this same. This helps us to get the skills required to work in projects. My time is quite good and hoping to work for long years.

Almost everything. They torture mid level and junior level developers to work overtime with zero appraisal. Sales team make fake promises to clients and put the delivery managers in awkward situations time to time. All 5 ratings are fake. Mostly they are given by a bunch of people who have planned their retirement from Lumiq including useless HR team.

Lumiq is a good company to learn and grow in. I joined this company two years ago and has witnessed how the company mixes culture and professional work culture. I am quite happy how things are going here. Looking forward to grow here.

I was onboarded five months ago, and the process was quite quick and open. Moreover, I also got to attend business events and meet clients for sales purposes. I am looking forward to working for a long time.
