Your work life balance will depend on the manager and there only few good managers, others are very toxic and like to highly micromanage people.Changing projects is a great challenge and u can be stuck on the same projects for years. Sometimes salary can be late upto 15 days without any proper reason.

What I like about Lumiq is that the company focuses on new age tools, and we get to work on this same. This helps us to get the skills required to work in projects. My time is quite good and hoping to work for long years.

All good ratings being posted are forced from the employees. The salary day has shifted from 1 to 8 and now to 15. The blamegame continues, they have removed wfh policies. Leaves have been reduced. All they want is to churn out employees with no appreciation and respect and live in all the toxicity and then you would be a good employee to them.

It is not a human-friendly place because neither the policies are employee-friendly nor the culture is healthy for a person to survive. One would move out either with a complete mental torture and mental health damage or much worse. Over the top, they are not even giving salary on time and then force employees to put 5 star rating on company online platform. Wish there was a way to give negative ratings There's a list of Red Flags-: 1). Salaries are not credited on time, Oct salary was credited between 8-10 Nove, November salary was credited between 10-12 and December salary was first promised on 8th Jan but on 8th Jan they said 15th and till date few ppl have not received their salary. 2). Variable pay is not been given since last 2 quarters. 3). Travle/Food reiumbursements are delayed u need to do a lot of follow ups. 4). There is no flexibility, no WFH on top of it if you come 1 min late after 10.30 am a mail is triggred to ur manager and HR stating unaccounted. 5). Absolutely no process is followed ..all projects are in bad shape. 6).Founders only favour the people who are working with them since beginning, no rules apply for them. 7) PPl who are woking since beginning are rude to other they think they can do whatever they want with noone to question. Caution-: Please don't go by the 4 or 5 Star ratins as they are either given by thier favourite ppl or any of the new ppl.For example which employee will rate a company on a saturday 18th Jan 2025 ,only one who likes to stare at thier bosses instead of his wife....Read More

Only a select few at the top make all the decisions, and they discourage innovative thoughts and ideas from others. 2) **Dishonesty in Management:** The top management operates on a foundation of lies. The sales team misrepresents their technical capabilities to secure projects from clients. Consequently, developers are often overloaded with work on 2-3 projects, leading to extreme pressure. This results in deliverables not being completed on time, and the delivery team is expected to fabricate solutions in front of the client to mask the company's flawed business model. 3) **Delayed Salaries:** Salaries are rarely paid on time. Almost everything. They torture mid level and junior level developers to work overtime with zero appraisal. Sales team make fake promises to clients and put the delivery managers in awkward situations time to time. All 5 ratings are fake. Mostly they are given by a bunch of people who have planned their retirement from Lumiq including useless HR team.

Some projects are quite challenging, but with the use of latest tools things are easy. Moreover, the work culture is quite highly motivative. We have freedom to put forward our ideas.
