This a basically a manpower company. Provide a good opportunity to work with good MNC like TCS. As fresher's it is very tough to get in ERP domain, it provided me to get a live project experience.

Dislikes

Salary is very low w.r.t market value. HR benefit policy is non existent. They will nod yes to any clause client throw in any point. Sometimes they even refuse to provide payslip citing tax related issue. Also salary delay is a common issue.

Work Details

I got opportunity to work with TCS in domestic ERP project. It was one of the biggest SAP ERP project in India. I got lot of exposure here in SAP ERP system process as well as bussiness process.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
