Trainings will be provided but there is a bond attached to it so the employees do not leave the company for a year. No career growth and no promotions to employees

Dislikes

Bonds for staying back in the company after receiving training, Managers are highly incompetent, husband and wife manager rule the same technical project which is really agonizing.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Amazing place to work. Good hikes, good learning opportunities. Management hears you out. There is a good work life balance, and lot of flexibility.

Dislikes

Every company has its nicks. Same goes for here too. My biggest issue is office space. Since covid, they sold off 1 of the building so the place is a little cramped up. But since you have to go only 4 days in a month, it all works out.
