No Work Life Balance Mass Resignation because of unsuitable work environment. Managers doing high level of politics so they can save their job. KT process is done in unstructured way. In my case, the developer didn't give proper KT . All Legacy Products and nothing to learn here. Hire and Fire Policy. They will not directly fire you. Typical Old School Company where Old people decide the roadmap. Things are slow here Old jsp servlet struts project. So don't have to be hard core techie with new technology for the projects. Mostly bug fixes and prod issues.

Honestly nothing good here in this company. Hire and Fire Policy. Lots of Politics specially the South Indian Managers. Blame game 10 am - 9 pm. As high attrition is there, newly joined person is literally working for 14-16 hrs. I recently joined and want to leave from here. While joining HR convinced like anything, like high job security, good place to work, supporting teams etc etc. All are fake. Now depressed within a month. Try Avoiding this company....Read More

Life is not good. Working for 14-16 hours. Too much work load in all teams. Manager abuses if you are late for one minute in scrum call. Not all managers. Mine do. In front of all my teammates Hire and Fire Policy. In short, toxic culture.
