80% technology are very old and you need to handle 6-8 application if you are technical lead. There is lot of politics on manager level. Since they are from long time and thinking own company. You will feel like you are working good and suddenly one day they will put in PIP without data and tell you that you are underperformer.

Work life balance is good. Decent management structure and efforts are well recognized.

Dislikes

Some divisions are not stable. Lot of cusotmers leaving for different reasons. Lack of innovation and no support for people who want to try new things to improve customer experience.
