Everything is poor in this organisation except the salary which you received at the time of joining. Work life balance is average in most of the project . People are not approachable. 2 months Bench police is worst. They have short term projects and job security is zero . Always have a fear to loose the job when you will be on bench . Hike is zero . -Salary is very low - hikes are usually 2-4% even if you put lots of efforts -nothing to learn , projects are on specific tools My personal experience was horrible even after resigning. I had to follow up for months to get my full and final

It depends on project to project. From my experience, I like work-life balance, skill development sessions, and company culture.

Dislikes

Comparatively lower salaries, less annual salary hike, less promotions, frequent change in management and gap between management and employees.

There is no recognition here, after training for so many domains they put me support, project managers specifically in power are not up to the mark they only think of themselves and there is very toxic culture here , no proper promotion and recognition.

Hybrid policy, for new Joiners after 60-90 days, they will not allow Hybrid. If you are not allocated to the project.

They will hire employee even they are not having opportunities, if they don't get any opportunity in future 3-4 months, HR will ask to resign and they will not allow Hybrid if you are on Bench, whoever is high aging on Bench and not getting any projects for their current location then Manager/WFM team will force to relocate to other locations/cities where the opportunities are available.

Well in case you fall sick you believe that you wouldn't be able to give you hundred percentage and you like to take a leave asset leave that a two problems one you have to show medical certificate then you can take 2 days of Sik leave if you want to apply for one day just one day they weather or not sick leave of three days two days one day they keep sending your emails meeting for meeting invitation with your immediate reporting manager and his Manager or her manager along with HR person it talk sec and tortures Company...Read More

If you take early releiveing of 30 days with 30+ leaves also Payroll team deduct more money even by encashing leaves and no proper update in full and final settlement. And no proper update from HR team on deduction. Totally unfair...very disappointed Dear folks whoever wants early early releiveing please get the letter confirming on settlement and resign.

Good Organization and here work environment is ok. And depend on requirement you will get opportunity, otherwise wait for opportunity whenever its available, If our luck is good then I will get opportunity within a time line otherwise you can be outside as per policy.

Promotion, job security, toxic work culture. They would hire experienced people in the transition phase, but once the project stabalises, they start removing experience people and recruit freshers.

Management is worst it's all about favoritism, your work skills doesn't matter. Ltimindtree doesn't have any promotion policy in place , so once you are in next 10 years you will be end up making same money

1. Appraisal (worst then any other major competitors) , doesn't even closer to any of the competitors benchmark. Range 1-2% depends on your special relationship building skills with managers specially ECA BU. 2. Bench policy (60days) but you rarely get support from work force management team meaning you are on your own

Working on shifts were not mentioned on interview. New joiners don't get option to choose projects or shifts. Inter department shifting or promotion is difficult. No work life balance. Encourage to hustle and pick up call 24*7 and 365 days. Layoffs and no recognition.

The organisation has a vast presence in many cities . Even in tier two cities. This supports work life balance very well . The bench policy permits new joiners settle with the organisation. Skill development programs offered . The best part is salary gets credited earlier than most other organisations.

Dislikes

Not every one is billable due to huge head count. Network policies restricts the online help . Certain departments have complete control and rights on the software resources . Hence working becomes difficult without access to the platforms.
