Having a great time working in LTIMindtree. I have a good work life- Balance, Appraisal, unexpected Promotion.

Job Security: If we are not having the Projects for the domain we are expertise after the Bench Days of 60 days employees are asked to resign. This is the only one part which is a concern. Obviously you are LTI is paying Advance Salary of 90 days but what if the employee wants to continue forlong in the Org</mark>. Also, without even giving a single opportunity to prove him/her self with an Interview, the employees is asked to resign after 70 days of Bench Ageing. Agreed that keeping employee on Bench and paying for long doesn't work and its a loss for the company. Instead you can change some policies like Half Pay after 60/70 days of Bench Ageing. Consider a scenario when its a freeze time like Nov-Jan where the Openings are very less in the market. Also, the Client are not ready to sign any contract with LTI due to freeze time.
