Likes

The workplace is friendly, and people are helpful. The policies are made with employee's best interest in mind. The facilities that have been provided are very good and there is a sense of professionalism in every procedure.

Dislikes

The training period is very exhausting with only one day permitted with multiple assessments which undermines the effort for hiring process for both LTI and the trainees. Accommodation is not provided to the trainees universally in all of the campuses with no assistance provided as well. There should be consideration for leaves specific to women workforce even during training period.
