Mindtree has a really good environment to work. For a fresher this is one of the best companies to work at, you will get to learn so many things.

I was totally working in different platform when comparing to other companies. Because currently I am working azure test clusters but when comparing to azure platform my workflow is totally different even I didn't even entered in azure platform yet. So totally I am in doubt that which skills that I have to attend in interview.

Free Food, Free Transport because of Microsoft project. Mindtree doesn't give you anything for free not even a company bag or T-Shirt.

Dislikes

Discrimination in rating, H1B processing, no fun, very bad attitude of managers, never pay SLA bonus on time, They don't give you last year's SLA bonus if you resign. Bench policy is getting worse because of HR's poor attitude.

I joined mindtree as a fresher and post training was a part of an internal project which gave me ample learning apportunities on both backend and frontend development. I experience a healthy work environment as my team members are really supportive.

Dislikes

Managers practice favouritism and often ignores an individuals unique strength.

You will get good work exposure. And in learning and self development perspective there is very good arrangements.

You will not get opportunities to work on diverse technologies currently in market unless you are working in Mindtree CoE.
