Manager’s behaviour, favouritism, no one recognised your efforts until you are boss favourite, HR team never interact personal they only supports upper management and managers. No job security. No professionalism.

I dont like the leadership in lpcf. I don't like how the experience holder dominate the new joinees and they don't behave properly. Not all the teachers are like this some teachers are there how behave like this.

unprofessional HR department. after 5 rounds of interviews, they don't provide candidate feedback. if we call they do not pick the call. it seems they are very unprofessional.
