Stange condition with offer letter
Hi everyone, one of my friend got an offer form LSEG with role as Analyst in Credit Analyses unit. The stange condition is that LSEG asked him to complete one certification before joining and the cost will be re-embersed after completing the course. Can anyone please share if this is common practice across LSEG.
