I recently went through a 4-round interview for a role at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) via Spring Recruiter—including aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. After clearing everything, I got an offer letter, but with a catch: I had to complete a TensorFlow certification from their “official” provider before joining. 🚨 Red flags: 🔹 Certification was never mentioned earlier. 🔹 They refused to accept the official TensorFlow Developer Certification by Google (link). 🔹 This was likely a scam to sell certifications, not offer jobs.
