never seen such bad company that too operating internationally! no ethics nothinng, mgt is old haggard and doubt the employees and sac them on doubt and deduct salaries on every ground even for top people. no one should join this company to kill his/her career.

Dislikes

absence of strategic planning , mentoring and guidance by mgt. they only look for profit. also 90% employees are either 12std or just graduate and below std as no one joins ..kenyana have been made GM here who are at 700 usd pm salary and make harass learnet GM who is at higher salary so that he leaves...third grade company . this co shd be banned by kenyan govt

i was hired as country GM fromIndia. I was in very stable job. mgt discussed plan to re launch and create team in uganda. after i reached everything changed and they started creating pressure from 2nd month onwards for sale increase in a scenario
