There were good working environments, all of my teammates are helpful.My senior are helpful . A learned lot of thing about machine and production of produt .

we all team mate were working together and feeling well.our job trainer was very good they tought me everything they cleared our all doubt.there was no future growth.there was some poltics they give first priority to marathi they didnt behave good with employee of other state.

lokesh machine is a good company but they hired me as a production trainee duaration of that job was 6 month only so there was no future growth.

Career growth is very slow Salaries are decent. I didn't like for break timings for breakfast,lunch and for dinner. Everyone should eat three times a day for employees good health.
