It is a registered society and the working environment is very good. No much stress on working with public cultural & dance functions. Well trained employees and independent work. I have to contact many societies and found out their working atmosphere too. When compared to all society in New Delhi, the Lok kala manch employees get better compensation & benefits....Read More

Dislikes

No disliking about working condition as the benefits to the employees are better. On job training is given by seniors to junior thus improving output as a whole.

Work Details

On the basis of my findings personally, during my six month , it was a good learning experience with other societies/trusts in New Delhi.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
