1. Managers are not able to calculate time estimation of task because they have not idea about project. 2. Highly discriminations in paygrade in software , hardware and FPGA. FPGA people are their favorites. 3. Sometimes, they take the projects but sometime don't intent to complete it and leave the projects 4.
