The work culture is very good. Work-Life balance is awsome. In management side some work needs to be done. Carrier growth is okay. Employees can gain more knowledge in different fields. Overall good company.

Dislikes

It is difficult to change the position in company. Salary growth is less for employees they are working for more that 2 years. Job training is not given to new joiners
