Work organisation system and methodology is very Good. Good

Dislikes

No Growth if you are below level like site engineer and supervisor .avg hike per year only 7% and promotion is depend on your senior not on your work . 10 years experience and 2 years experience on same level at organization .No work life balance.work pressure is so high but on appraisal they never seen your work .
